A Bit Disappointing for a Hilton

We stayed for a night in a room that felt dusty and dated. The air conditioning was loud, making it hard to sleep. However, the friendly staff made dining at the hotel enjoyable, especially the homemade yogurt at breakfast. For a better experience, consider other hotels along Paseo de Montejo.

The hotel has lovely colonial charm, comfortable beds, and very accommodating staff who helped with plans. However, the front desk could be more personable, and the noise from the street and corridors can be bothersome at times. The food in the restaurant is remarkable and worth a visit.

I had a fantastic stay! The bed was super comfy, the dining experience was top-notch with an amazing breakfast, and the pool was warm and inviting. Everything was clean and well-maintained. I would definitely choose to return!
